Почему так сложно сказать “нет”? Хорошо, конечно ты хочешь быть вежливым, и добрый, и приятный. И если это ваш начальник вас о чем-то просит, вы можете бояться потерять расположение или возможности. А если клиент или покупатель чего-то просит, возможно, вы не захотите разрушать отношения.
Но я хочу сказать вам, что во многих случаях вы должны сказать нет. И ты должен знать, как это сказать. Вы должны быть ясны, фирма, и честный.

1. Most of time, refusing someone’s requirements is a little hard for me, even though I’m reluctant. So this article is a good topic for me to learn some important points for refusing agreeablely.
