  1. Thanks you so much for setting up this program. 最初, I feel so difficulty when I logged in it. 今, I think this web is interesting and I hope this program is ongoing forever to improve management skills. Especially, it is useful for the poor countries in the world.

    Good night!

  2. もちろん, the transcript is clear and I understood almost words and phrases. One phrase that I don’t see well. ” Failure is not falling down, failure is staying down.I hope tutor will more explain via my email. Thanks.

  3. This is based on a well known business quotation. The basic meaning is that it is okay to fail (falling down), but to give up (staying down) after you failed is bad.

  4. Let’s dicuss the question together

1 How do you usually reward your self for achieving your goals ?
I always rewarding myself by go out and watching movies.

2 What are the best ways to motivate employees to try to achieve their goals?
Base on my experience,Take care of them,Pay attention to them is the best ways.Keep remind them to acchieveing your goals and when you accomplish your goals,You should says “ありがとう” to them. That is really really important.Anotherthing is give bonus to them like Tim said.

3.What are some good ways to make sure we don’t forget about our goals
I think we should make a daily ratio,Do it habitualy. That’s all and very useful.

thx for reading my opinion,If some thing you don’t agree with me or I says something with wrong grammar,Plese comment and Let’s share your opinion ; D
