Ma, mentre potremmo avere le persone giuste alla riunione, il processo è spesso imperfetto perché una domanda non è stata chiaramente posta e risposta: "Qual è il problema?” So, in questa lezione ci concentreremo su come definire il problema attraverso la discussione e quindi riaffermarlo come una sfida.
