La comunicazione tra le persone non è mai perfetta. Anche con le persone a noi più vicine, chi potresti pensare che possiamo capire molto bene, c'è una cattiva comunicazione. A volte non sentiamo le cose correttamente, o non li sentiamo affatto, e a volte le persone non esprimono le idee con precisione. Tanto basta per complicare la situazione, ma poi possiamo aggiungere un significato implicito e la nostra comprensione di ciò che viene detto indirettamente. Ma niente paura. Ci sono modi per lavorare attraverso il campo minato della comunicazione e rendere tutto chiaro. Ed è esattamente quello che vedremo oggi: chiarire ciò che la gente ha detto.

Small peeve: The quiz execution is less than ideal when it comes to exercises where the student can make more than one choice, e.g. the matching exercises and the “Choose all that apply” esercizi.
The student can make some choices but if they are not all 100% correct, the quiz does not explain *which* choices were not correct before giving them another attempt. The student can end up frustrated trying all possible combinations because they have not received immediate feedback on which things they got right and which they got wrong.
