Sappiamo tutti che i colloqui di lavoro sono stressanti. E sappiamo tutti che una delle chiavi per ridurre lo stress è una buona preparazione. Ma a volte, non importa quanto siamo preparati, ci troviamo in situazioni difficili. Forse ci viene chiesto di parlare di una debolezza, o forse non conosciamo informazioni importanti sull'azienda in cui stiamo intervistando.
Qualunque sia la difficoltà dell'intervista che stiamo affrontando, dobbiamo fare un respiro profondo, mantenere la calma, e mostrare fiducia. per fortuna, possiamo imparare le tecniche linguistiche per aiutarci ad avere successo in queste difficili interviste. Nella lezione di oggi, vedremo come mostrare come una debolezza deriva da un positivo, come abbiamo cercato di cambiare una debolezza, e come siamo un giocatore di squadra. Vedremo anche di mostrare una conoscenza generale del settore e porre buone domande.

i was very stressed in all my job interviews for that i fogot many words that i should say it and i lose my self confidence . Please, tell me what should i do?

You should apply and attend in job interview as much as possible, then you will be surprise about your interview skill by each time. Good luck!
Self confidence is built with enough knowledge. Always research before presenting yourself for a job interview i.e. Understand the job description, read more about the company and keep your mind free of interview freight.

as not English-native speaker , I have to admit , English interview is more stressful than my mother language , I usually struggle with word choice and sentence structure ,worry about how to express thoughts correctly and sufficiently . impressed a lot by this article , even a short paragraph in simple chat. but it is a technique to turn tough question into positive quality and personality exhibition . great !
