Pero, mientras que podríamos tener las personas adecuadas en la reunión, el proceso a menudo es defectuoso porque una pregunta claramente no ha sido formulada y respondida: "Cuál es el problema?” So, en esta lección nos centraremos en cómo definir el problema a través de la discusión y luego volveremos a plantear el problema como un desafío.
